I am a professional photographer based in the beautiful Santa Clarita Valley in Southern California.
My passion for photography began as a 6th grader in Long Island, NY. A family friend who happened to OWN the Bazooka Bubble Gum company bought me my first camera on a business trip to Hong Kong!
I make pictures. I don’t just take pictures. My credentials include a 27 year career on the staff of The Los Angeles Times. I’ve covered many moments in time including Academy Awards, Super Bowls, Earthquakes, NBA, MLB, NHL Championships, Cannes Film Festival and beyond.
I capture moments. I pride myself on seeing moments others do not. I’ve been asked to teach, but this is something that can’t be taught.
My name appears on all images I produce. Therefore I expect the highest standard in my photography. I am probably more demanding on myself than anybody.
I am tired of seeing people pay good money for crappy pictures.
I try to educate customers on what a professional photographer really is.
I know I have done my job when a client receives their photograph and it brings tears to their eyes. That is my greatest accomplishment.
